Fraser Bringeland has spent over 40 years in the mining equipment supply business, navigating the ups and downs of project selection. Like many in the industry, he faced the challenge of figuring out which projects to prioritize. Inspired by the book “Behind Every Good Decision,” Fraser became a big fan of making decisions based on solid analytics.
